Billy has been diving for 20 years, and is the owner of Seven Seas Scuba in Vancouver Washington. He was Fabien Cousteau's Chief Diver for his Mission 31 Expeditions. Billy has also be part of the diving and film crew for Bob Talbot Productions as well as the Special Projects Manager for Bob Hollis. He is a Hollis Field Event Coordinator, Hollis PRISM 2 & Explorer Rebreather Instructor, and TDI & PADI Technical Diving Instructor. Billy’s dream is to unify all ocean lovers and conservationists to work together to help preserve and protect our ocean world.
